Donald (Donnie) Moore, MD brings a rich background in healthcare and a commitment to patient centered care. With credentials from prestigious medical institutions and hands-on experience across various healthcare settings, Dr. Donald Moore is equipped to guide patients and their families through this profound life transition.

Dr. Donald Moore completed his fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine at a joint program through Scripps and the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). He completed a residency in Family Medicine at Michigan State University and attended medical school at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He completed undergraduate coursework at Duke University and graduated from Hamilton College with a bachelors of science in Neuroscience.

Dr. Moore is passionate about health and fitness. He regularly practices yoga, hikes, and goes for runs around San Diego. He is a musician and plays the stand up bass.
